Rallas las calabacitas crudas y las pones en un bowl (cazuela o tupper para mezclar), les pones sal y pimienta a tu gusto, y la cucharadita de aceite de olivo las mezclas bien bien.

Ahora en un wok (sartén hondo o cacuela) vas a poner 1 cdita de aceite vegetal, y vas a sofreír la cebolla primero y ya cuando este transparente agregas el ajo, mueles el jitomate con un toquecito de agua solo para que muela la licuadora, y se lo echas a la cebolla, agregas las hojas de albahaca y ya que hierve sirves en un plato las calabacitas y encima le pones la salsa caliente (a veces yo mezclo todo junto ya depende del gusto).
