  1. Hervir acelga. (Solo darle un hervor). Me había sobrado un poco así que vino barbaro. Cortar la calabaza en cubitos, cortar la cebolla.
  2. En una sartén con un chorrito de aceite cocinar los cubitos de calabazas, tienen que ir quedando blandos y dorados, agregar la cebolla y cocinar hasta que quede blanda y transparente. (Ambas cosas cocidas)
  3. En mi caso ya tenía garbanzos hervidos así que los puse en la procesadora y los procesé un poco. Luego incorpore la calabaza y la cebolla previamente cocinadas, luego incorporar el acelga que esté bien escurrido (sin que le quede agua) agregar el huevo y condimentar a gusto.. yo le puse sal y pimentón dulce. Procesar nuevamente. Si no tenes procesadora la podes pisar con un tenedor o un pisa papas, ir mezclando todo.
  4. Armar la tarta. En un molde para tarta o lo que tengas para armarla. Colocar la masa de tarta e incorporar la mezcla.
  5. También tenía queso cremoso, así que a último momento decidí agregarle arriba. Una delicia!😋
