- Pasado este tiempo amasamos 2 minutos siempre enharinamos la mesada
a donde vamos a masar estiramos con un palote y vamos armando los sorrentinos un poco de puré de calabaza un poco de queso muzarella tapamos con el puré devuelta.( si no puede rallar el queso y mezclar directamente con el puré de calabazas, Si no tiene moldes de sorrentinos, puedes hacerlos directamente estirando la masa sobre la mesa e ir cortando con un cortapasta redondo o un cuchillo, cerrando los bordes - Ponemos agua en un cacerola cuando rompa el hervor agregar sal y cocinar los sorrentinos 3 a 5 minutos yo lo acompañé con salsa de carne, pero pueden preparar con la salsa de su preferencia
