  2. Como verán uso un arroz bien gordito ideal para la ocasión. Ponerlo junto con la cebolla sofrita y la calabaza. Saltear 1 minuto.
  3. Una vez que la calabaza está bien cocida dentro del caldo pisar o mixear. Ir volcando sobre el arroz por cucharones a medida de que el arroz lo pida. Es el secreto para que el arroz suelte su almidón y quede bien cremoso. Rectificar sal si hiciera falta. Atentos acá, no irse muy lejos ni dejarlo solo. Cocción a fuego bajo. Una vez que el arroz está a punto (20 minutos aproximadamente), apagar el fuego, poner la manteca, el queso y mover para que resulte biennn cremoso.
  4. Servir de inmediato en plato hondo. Una verdadera delicia !
