El cuadrado no debe estar completamente lleno, solo con un poco alcanza. Luego plgar la otra mitad de la masa por encima y precionar con los dedos para sellar. Con ayuda de un cuchillo separar.
- Una vez cortados dejar reposar en una bandeja con harina mientras terminan de armarse.
- Colocar una olla con sal a hervir. En paralelo en una sartén saltear una cebolla, agregar las varitas de romero picadas y condimentar. Agregar la crema y apagar fuego.
