  4. Bueno por último y no menos importante freír los palitos o milanesas de acelga en una olla o cacerola chica con abundante aceite.Cuando estos ya estén escurrir los palitos en papel para quitar el aceite restante.Y listo!!

No nos olvidemos de las calabaza😆.Una vez cocida escurrir el agua restante y dejamos enfriar o con mucho cuidado quitamos la pulpa de la calabaza porque está caliente.Luego en una fuente colocar la pulpa y pisar la con el chorrito de leche y condimentar. La leche es para facilitar al pisar la y para darle más cremosidad.
  6. Y listo ya tenemos un almuerzo muy rico, facíl y nutritivo.Ahora servir los palito y el puré.Yo lo acompañe con mayonesa quedan más ricos.
