  1. Cortar la calabaza por la mitad. Colocarla en una fuente, hacer unos pequeños cortés en la superficie, colocar un poco de aceite, sal y tapar con papel aluminio. Llevar al horno, hasta que esté bien cocida. A mí me llevo más o menos una hora.
  2. Lavar y cortar los vegetales bien pequeños. Por otro lado cocinar el choclo o pueden utilizar de lata.
  3. En un sartén colocar aceite y colocar el morrón y la cebolla. Añadir un poco de sal.
  4. Cuando ya estén cocidos, blanditos colocar la cebolla de verdeo y seguir cocinando hasta que estén todos bien cocidos. Agregar el choclo. Sacar del fuego y reservar.
  5. Cortar la carne en pequeños cuadraditos y en un sartén con un poco de aceite cocinarla. Yo la condimente con pimentón, ají molido, sal y pimienta.
  6. Cocinar hasta que la carne esté bien cocida. Reservar.
  7. Una vez lista la calabaza, con una cuchara quitar la pulpa del zapallo cuidadosamente para que no se rompa y colocarla en un bowl.
  8. En un bowl mezclar todos los ingredientes la carne, los vegetales y la calabaza. Agregar un poco de queso cremoso.
  9. En la base de la calabaza colocar el relleno y llevarlo al horno.
  10. Antes de sacarla colocar queso cremoso por arriba y queso rallado. Llevar al horno hasta que el queso se gratine.
  11. Y lista está calabaza para disfrutar en este frío invierno que nos espera. Una combinación de sabores buenísima y el queso gratinado lo más!!!
