Luego realizamos un doblez desde las puntas al centro, volvemos a presionar suavemente y por último una vez más realizamos el doblez como muestra la última imagen.
  4. Luego de realizar los dobleces debemos llevar las puntas hacia el centro, y bollar suavemente. El cierre debe quedar como la segunda imagen y hacia abajo. Y dejamos reposar en asadera con fritolin media hora o hasta que duplique su volumen.
  5. Por último una vez descansada la masa realizar unos cortes con cuchilla bien afilada o un cúter. Los cortes deben ser suaves y presisos para evitar bajar la masa.
  6. Llevar a horno precalentado. Recomendación poner una asadera con agua abajo para generar vapor y darle esponjosidad. La cocción es de 30 min aprox.
