  3. Ahora vamos a armar el pastel. Yo lo hice en un molde para pizza pero puede ser en cualquier recipiente que pueda ir al horno. Aceitamos el molde y esparcimos la mitad de la preparación de puré. Encima colocamos el relleno y cubrimos con el puré restante.
  4. Llevar a horno medio por 35 minutos aprox. Retirar y agregar por arriba trozos de queso fresco (esto es opcional) volver al horno hasta que derrota el queso. Sacar del horno y esperar unos 5 o 10 minutos antes de servir. No se desmolda, se sirve directamente del molde.
