- Agregue la calabaza (en cuadritos), el elote y el cilantro. Si quieren usar un elote entero, puede echar el elote y ya después de un rato echa la calabaza, para que los dos estén listos aproximadamente al mismo tiempo.
- Revuelve, y añade un poco de agua. Volver a tapar.
- Deje secar lo último del agua. Si cree que ya está lista la calabaza y todavía queda agua, destape la comida para que se evapore el agua más rápido. Si la calabaza no esta a su gusto, agregue más agua. Disfrute este platillo con una Porción de frijoles, arroz o tortillas al gusto😊
