  2. En la versión larga se sofríe la panceta con la cebolla, se le añade el jugo de tomate y después se añaden las verduras picadas y el agua y se cuece durante tres horas a fuego lento- medio. Y se añade sal al gusto.
  3. Mi versión con la olla express: yo no utilicé panceta, así que puse todos los ingredientes en la olla, añadí el jugo de los tomates y cubrí con abundante agua. Cerramos la olla y cuando comience a silbar contamos quince minutos. Dejamos reposar otros diez minutos antes de abrir la olla.
  4. Para finalizar, a esta sopa se le puede añadir algún tipo de pasta corta, como fideos, sémola, o esas conchitas diminutas...
