- En la olla expres ponemos las judias (yo les doy tres hervores y les quito el almidón) junto con el laurel , los ajos, la rama de perejil,la cebolla, el pimiento, la calabaza y el tomate picaditos.
- Agregamos agua suficiente pero sin pasarnos (a mí me gustan las legumbres espesitas, poco caldosas).
- Incorporamos el aceite y ponemos a cocer durante 25 minutos. A continuación hacemos un majado con el pimentón, una ramita de perejil, cominos y sal.
- Al abrir la olla y cocidas ya las judías, añadimos el majado del mortero junto con las chirlas y dejamos hervir unos minutos.
- Por último incorporamos a la olla los mejillones, cocidos aparte al vapor, y el líquido que éstos hayan soltado. Dejamos unos instantes, rectificamos de sal y listos para comer.
