- Una vez lavadas y peladas las patatas y la cebolla, cortar tambien estas en cubitos. Digo lavar la cebolla porque un cocinero me ha dicho que mojando la cebolla, y el cuchillo que se utiliza para cortarla, se evitara de llorar: yo he probado y parece funcionar!
- Ahora que tenemos todos los ingredientes listos, echar en una olla un poco de aceite. Cuando estara caliente, echar la cebolla con las patatas y hacer soasar por unos minutos, removiendo a menudo para evitar que se peguen a la olla.
- Entonces echar el vino mezclado con el agua y las especias para paella, cocinar por un par de minutos mas. Echar tambien la calabaza, cubrir las verduras con agua caliente y salpimentar. Dejar cocer por unos 30 minutos o hasta que las patatas esten bien blanditas.
- En el mientras cortar el pan en cubitos. Echar en una sarten un chorro generoso de aceite y cuando este caliente echar el pan y freirlo, echando un poco de sal cuando el pan empieza a dorarse.
