  4. A la cebolla

  6. Seguimos pelando y trozando la calabaza, la-las batatas, y las zanahorias. Lo amontonamos en una jarra de plástico transparente, esperando esos 35min.
  7. Luego pelamos y trozamos al apio rabo, este ira después de las hortalizas ya que necesita la mitad del tiempo o aún menos. Con las papas esperamos ya que si las pelamos se amarronan luego de unos minutos y aún no es hora.
  8. Ya va siendo hora de pelar las papas y cortarlas
  9. Y de sambuyirlas junto con la batata, las zanahorias y la calabaza
  10. Luego de quince minutos el apio rabo
  11. Acá nos ponemos en faena de cortar un trozo de repollo
  12. Y lo cortamos grueso........
  13. Y a la cacerola.......unos quince más y apagamos el fuego y esperamos media hora para comer.
  14. Con el caldo podemos hacer una buena sopa de arroz y es también una maravilla, aúnque no tan rica como la de puchero de gallina.
